Toyota Motor Corp. has been subpoenaed by a New York federal grand jury to reveal documents relating issues with steering relay rods, the company said Tuesday.

The subpoena, which news agencies say does not relate to specific models, is the second from a U.S. federal grand jury.

“The company and its subsidiary are sincerely co-operating with authorities on the probe,” Toyota said in a statement.
