The Dilawri-owned 401 Dixie Nissan in Mississauga, Ont., had an all-time, record-breaking performance in 2016 as Canada’s leader in Nissan new vehicle sales.

With 2,084 new vehicles sold last year, 401 Dixie Nissan surpassed the previous sales record and set a new benchmark for Nissan dealerships nationwide.

Located in the Dixie Automall in Mississauga, the group attributes the store’s success to its central operating principle of “achieving customer service excellence in every department of the dealership.”

In addition to being recognized as the highest volume Nissan dealership two years in a row, 401 Dixie Nissan was recently awarded the prestigious Nissan Global Award, presented by Nissan Motor Company to general manager Sohail Iqbal and regional director Omar Khan.

Considered the highest acknowledgement bestowed upon Nissan dealerships worldwide, this award recognizes distinction in sales and customer service.

“Our success is made possible by our loyal clients who continue to allow us to prove our commitment to fulfilling their vehicle needs,” Sohail Iqbal said in a release.

“Reaching this milestone only motivates us to continue to strive for greater achievements and customer service excellence.”
