'A new brand, fresh thinking from RSR Global'

RSR Global says focus is on engaging consumers before the business office

BURLINGTON, ON. – Roy Speed & Ross has renamed itself. It’s now operating as RSR Global.

And it launched a new brand that the company says reflects its corporate mission of “helping dealers protect drivers.”

“The refreshed look and feel marks the company’s next chapter in bringing innovative growth solutions to automotive dealers,” RSR Global said in a release Jan. 14. 

The company went on to say that the new brand comes with a  simplified philosophy about providing dealers with better tools to help them deliver a better consumer experience which can be directly related to an increase in sales. 

“Our new brand – RSR Global – is born from the trusted expertise we have built over 15 years inside dealerships,” says Karey Davidson, president and CEO. “And now, as a natural part of our evolution, RSR Global will also become more consumer-facing to help educate and inform car buyers prior to arriving on the showroom floor.

“By doing so, we will be moving from a product provider to a true business partner with our Dealers in the knowledge fueled sales process that is so crucial to car buyers today.”

With the launch of GLOBAL n2, the company will be expanding its Registration Program that includes vehicle theft-deterrent program GLOBAL i and GLOBAL id, an identity restoration service. 

GLOBAL n2 is a nitrogen tire inflation program. The company predicts there will be other dealer-centric products and programs to be rolled out over the next 12 months. 

“We’ve been listening to the dealer base and their sales staff across Canada and they are asking for more choice, better tools and new ways to engage consumers well before they get to the business office,” says Amanda Paetkau, RSR Global’s V-P of sales.

“Our new brand not only reinvigorates our own offerings, it also demonstrates our continued commitment to investing heavily in this industry so that dealers can focus on what they do best - sell cars,” Paetkau adds.
She predicts dealers can expect to see and hear a lot of activity from RSR Global in the year ahead.
