Vin-UP is a hardware/software program that helps generate more business for auto dealers through their service bay. Service customers are offered an “Instant Vehicle Valuation Coupon” indicating that store’s desire to purchase the vehicle along with a cash price. The price is generated by leveraging CARFAX Canada’s valuation capabilities and considers billions of pieces of information to come up with a fair offer.
Each coupon generates a phone call from Vin-UP’s call center partner, FollowPro, reinforcing the purchase offer and setting an appointment for a final, cash offer. Dealer partners pay only for “kept” appointments. The Vin-UP scanners are operated by each dealer’s porter staff and cause no interruption in service operations.
