Dealer Direct Canada announced it is entering the mergers and acquisitions marketplace in Canada. The company was started b, Paul Stern, along with CFO and partner, Charles Saleh.

“My associates and I are excited to launch Dealer Direct Canada,” said Stern, former president of the Trillium Automobile Dealers Association and former president of the Canadian International AutoShow. “The automotive mergers and acquisitions market in Canada and the U.S. has been active since the pandemic, and this robust market is expected to continue in the years ahead.”

Dealer Direct Canada will work directly with buyers and sellers and provide a range of professional services. The company has assembled a team of associates from all regions of Canada with extensive automotive expertise.
