DealerRater added Brian Epro to its executive team naming him the new V-P of business development.

The dealership rating website says Epro’s focus, among other tasks, will include overseeing national account business. He will also work to grow the company’s partnerships with the largest dealer groups across the U.S. and Canada.

Epro boasts nearly 20 years in business development in the automotive sector. He joins DealerRater from AutoLoop, a marketing solutions firm for automotive dealerships. In his previous role, he helped win Mercedes-Benz’ standardization of its retail sales and fixed operations marketing onto the AutoLoop platform. Before AutoLoop, he was V-P of product strategy for IMN, a digital marketing company.

“DealerRater helps millions of consumers connect with a dealership that can best meet their needs and that will deliver them a great customer experience,” Gary Tucker, DealerRater CEO said in a release.

“Brian’s industry and dealer experience will help us continue to grow and deliver tremendous value to our dealers and the industry overall.”

DealerRater was founded in 2002 as the first car dealer review website worldwide. It currently features nearly 41,000 U.S. and Canadian car dealerships and nearly 2 million consumer reviews.
