Gubagoo received a “Top Rated” Chat Award in the ninth annual DrivingSales Dealer Satisfaction Awards, presented during the 2019 National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) Convention & Expo.
Gubagoo received a top dealer satisfaction ranking in the Chat Tools and Services category, as determined by the thousands of auto dealers who are part of the DrivingSales.com community.
Gubagoo first launched its Gubagoo ChatSmart managed chat technology in 2012. The solution has more than 80 out-of-the-box integrations to leading technology applications including Facebook Marketplace and Messenger, Google Reviews, as well as an expansive portfolio of digital retailing tools and applications.
The company’s newest product, Gubagoo Virtual Retailing launched at NADA is made to deliver a guided shopping experience through messaging and live video interaction.
