INFINITI Canada Launches MyINFINITI App With Enhanced Features


INFINITI Canada has launched the MyINFINITI App.

The MyINFINITI App has several features including: scheduling a service appointment at a preferred retailer, service desk live chats, access to learn more about their vehicle’s many features, viewing the vehicle’s service history, maintenance schedules and receiving notifications to make owners aware of applicable vehicle recalls or service campaigns.

“In a world where mobile devices hold so much power, the MyINFINITI app will only add to the ease and comfort that comes with owning an INFINITI vehicle,” said Steve Rhind, managing director, INFINITI Canada. “The MyINFINITI app delivers on our promise to offer first class customer and ownership experience.”

The MyINFINITI App experience is enhanced with an active INFINITI InTouch Services Premium package subscription, allowing the user to remotely start or stop their vehicle from their smartphone or smart watch, remotely lock and unlock their vehicle’s doors, remotely flash lights and/or horn, send destinations to the vehicle, check vehicle status including tire pressure, brakes and oil pressure.
