Mercedes-Benz Canada names 2015 Star Dealers
Mercedes-Benz stores from Ontario continue to dominate the annual ranking of the brand’s best dealers as five of the top 10 points this year are from the country’s most populous province.
This year also saw Quebec retailers get shut out, with the remaining five spots going to dealerships in New Brunswick, Alberta, Manitoba and just a single B.C. store.
“This year, I am pleased to congratulate the dealers who performed with particular distinction by delivering the absolute best at every turn,” explained company president Tim Reuss.
“Star Dealers represent the finest examples of excellence from a truly exceptional group and I commend them for their dedication in embodying the brand’s guiding principle of the best or nothing.”
Three of the winners – Markham, Midtown and Newmarket – were corporate stores.
The awards are handed out every year to the best 10 Mercedes-Benz points in the country. Winning is based on performance in new and pre-owned sales, service and parts, as well as customer satisfaction.
Mercedes-Benz Canada’s network includes 12 corporately owned retail operations and 43 authorized dealerships. The brand sold 37,018 vehicles in 2013, the best year ever reported for Mercedes-Benz Canada Inc.
