Strategically located on a 3.5 acre site on Rue De l’Aréna adjacent to the Trans-Canada Highway (Autoroute Jean Lesage), the automaker believes the new dealership will provide a prominent corporate identity for the Mercedes-Benz, AMG and smart brands that is highly visible from the busy thoroughfare.
The 22,300 square foot retail facility features a 10,000 square foot showroom and over 12,000 square-feet of state-of-the-art service department with 12 bays.
The automaker says the store’s 90 underground parking spaces guarantee that “ample, climate controlled parking is available to protect customers and their vehicles from inclement weather.”
“We recognized the need for additional representation for the Mercedes-Benz, AMG and smart brands in this growing region, and I am thrilled to be celebrating this important milestone with (dealer principals) Benoit and Donald Theetge as Mercedes-Benz St. Nicolas commences operations,” said Tim Reuss, president and CEO of Mercedes-Benz Canada, speaking at the ribbon cutting on Dec. 3.
