Mobials announces award winners
The reviews are in.
Mobials, the company behind the Reviewsii.com dealer review system, in association with autoTRADER.ca, has announced the winners of its annual Dealership of the Year Awards.
The program identifies dealerships that have demonstrated consistently high Reviewsii ratings for consumer satisfaction. The Reviewsii rating is determined using an algorithm that, among other things, factors the dealership’s average five-star consumer rating and the total number of reviews written about the dealership during the 2016 calendar year.
Ontario’s Brantford Honda earned the overall top spot for franchise dealerships this year while Race Auto Group was best among independent stores.
The provincial winners were as follows:
British Columbia – Northstar GM
Alberta – Murray Chevrolet/Cadillac
Saskatchewan – Saskatoon Motor Products
Manitoba – Murray Chevrolet Winnipeg
Ontario – Roadsport Honda
Quebec – Elite Kia
New Brunswick – Moncton Honda
Nova Scotia – MacPhee Ford
Prince Edward Island – Experience Hyundai
“All Reviewsii dealers have upped their level of customer experience over the past year as it is becoming more apparent that showing what experience your customers will have at your dealership online is critical to your store’s success,” explained Reveiwsii co-founder and president Marty Meadows.
“Our 2016 winners are best in class and we are proud to be partnered with them.”
Echoing those congratulations was Roger Dunbar of TRADER, who said the winners are “market leaders that recognize the benefit and power of online consumer reviews and the positive impact it can have on their business.”
