CALGARY, ALTA. – Canadian DMS provider PBS Systems is bolstering its U.S. presence with the recently announced purchase of Dubuque Data Services out of Iowa.

DDS is a systems provider based in Dubuque an established customer base across the U.S. mid-west. While it has had a product in market for automotive dealers since the mid-1990s, DDS has been supplying DMS systems to heavy truck and agriculture dealers since the late 1980s.

“Through this acquisition, PBS and DDS will continue to support the Advantage product to automotive, agriculture and heavy truck dealers, ” explained DDS founder Glen Callahan.

Dave Bradley, president of PBS Systems, says U.S. automotive dealers will have the choice to transition to PBS’ Aristo product, while the Advantage product will continue to grow with the agriculture and heavy truck dealers in both the U.S. and Canada.
