Dealer registration has been very strong for the upcoming Canada Night NAD’eh! party in Las Vegas, but organizers report there is still a little room left for any dealer or dealership personnel making the trip to NADA.

Just remember that the clock is ticking.

“We are days away from the party on Thursday night so any dealer who hasn’t already signed up needs to do so ASAP,” urged Lara Appleton, leader with SCI MarketView and committee chair for Canada Night NAD’eh.

“I think this will be a night to remember for the Canadian auto industry and any dealer heading to Las Vegas for NADA should make sure they are there.”

The party will be held at Vinyl at The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino on Thurs., March 22 from 8:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Alan Doyle (from Great Big Sea) and the Beautiful Gypsies will perform for a crowd that could near 500.

Canada Night NAD’eh was essentially launched by committee in 2016. The idea was to have, among the slew of OEM and vendor events at the annual show, a party that would bring together all the Canadian dealers and vendors for an evening of fun and entertainment.

The inaugural event was held at the SLS Casino in Las Vegas and saw hundreds of Canadian attendees entertained by legendary singer/songwriter Jim Cuddy of Blue Rodeo fame.

It was put on hold in 2017 to support the Canadian Automobile Dealers’ Association’s 75th anniversary bash at NADA in New Orleans. Though some people in the industry might confuse the two events, Canada Night NAD’eh is a private event for Canadian car and truck dealers, their staff and event sponsors only.

Other vendors and their staff will not be granted access to the Canada Night NAD’eh party.

The event has 22 sponsors, several media partners – including Canadian AutoWorld – and is supported by all of the provincial dealer associations and the CADA.
It is totally free for Canadian dealers to attend and over 250 have already signed up.

“This will be the event to attend for all Canadians on the Thursday night,” Appleton explained. “We are so happy to have partnered with so many great sponsors and I know it will be a great time. Good food, drink and fantastic entertainment – I can’t think of a better way to kick off NADA.”
