SERTI announces first annual user conference


SERTI said it is hoping to increase understanding and offer an insider’s look into its software at its first annual user summit.
Set for May 22 to 24 at the Hyatt Regency Montreal, the event will include a series of training and informational sessions for users of the SERTI Dealership Management System.
“This will no doubt be a great networking opportunity with other North-American dealerships of all major OEMs in the automobile and heavy-truck industry,” said Francis Gingras, vice-president of sales and marketing at SERTI.
“We have been planning to host such an event for several years. The time is right in 2018 so we are inviting all our customers to come meet us in Montreal and spend two full-days of training with us.”
Gingras said the company’s goal is to give attendees a better understanding of the software, learn best practices, ask questions, network and find out about exciting new development projects in the SERTI pipeline.
The event is open to all of SERTI’s more than 900 dealership partners with general managers, sales managers, controllers, parts department managers, service department managers, F&I managers and IT specialists all invited to attend.
