Toyota Canada announced the availability of its 2023 Toyota RAV4 SUV at Canadian dealers.
The 2023 RAV4 comes in 16 grades for 2023, every member of the RAV4 family is upgraded for 2023 with new connectivity technology and enhanced safety systems. Toyota is also offering two new models this year, including the limited production Toyota RAV4 Hybrid Woodland edition.

The 2023 RAV4 range of vehicles come with updated performance from a choice of three all-wheel-drive powertrains, an enhanced interior with an across-the-line upgrade to RAV4’s connectivity systems, and introduces the Toyota Multimedia to drivers, and comes with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Other upgrades include larger touchscreen displays and multi-information displays on most models, plus enhanced safety headlined by Toyota Safety Sense 2.5. With more interior room, up to five adults can sit comfortably and comes with 60/40 split folding rear seats to maximize cargo hauling abilities when required.
The RAV4 line includes a number of gas-powered models, featuring a 2.5L Dynamic Force four-cylinder engine paired with a direct-shift eight-speed automatic transmission. The RAV4 Hybrid features Toyota’s hybrid technology, built around a 2.5-litre Dynamic Force four-cylinder engine, motor-generators, continuously variable transmission, and storage batteries. The RAV4 Prime enhances Toyota’s plug-in hybrid technology. This advanced SUV delivers 302 net system horsepower, a of up to 979 km on a full tank of gas and a full battery charge, and an electric only driving range of up to 68 km.
