Toyotoshi dealerships named great place to work

MISSISSAUGA, ONT. – This is the first time Toyotoshi Group Canada’s has received the award that recognizes the best 100 workplaces in Canada.

And it’s the only automotive dealer group to appear on this year’s list.

Toyotoshi went on to say the award could not have been won without the “talented and dedicated people on our team.”

“The care employees show for customers and each other is what makes the Toyotoshi Group Canada distinguishable from the rest of the industry.”

The Great Place to Work Institute is a global research and management consultancy with expertise on workplace transformation. It says its mission is to improve society by creating better workplaces.

This year, there were over 300 nominations. The company says it surveyed over 57,000 employees.

Toyotoshi Group is a family-owned company located in Paraguay. Toyotoshi Group Canada, a division of Toyotoshi Group, includes, among others, Dixie Toyota, Ideal Honda and Meadowvale Toyota, and Scion and a “fully operational detail centre” servicing all the group’s dealerships.

Toyotoshi Group Canada says it currently employs over 340.
