Work underway for new Infiniti store

OAKVILLE, ONT. – Construction crews in Oakville, Ontario have spent the past few months building Canada’s latest stand-alone Infiniti dealership.
On the site of a former factory adjacent to Oakville Nissan, the new rooftop is scheduled to open September 1, though a harsh winter might push that date back a bit, explained general manager Jose Martins.
The $8-million project will follow the brand’s full corporate image program and boast a six-car showroom, eight service bays and a two-storey parts department.
Owned by Martins and Sandy Ligouri, the point will be roughly 25,000 square feet when completed.
“It’s going to look huge,” Martins said, noting how it has a great location next to the heavily traveled Queen Elizabeth Way in southern Ontario.
A body show is also planned for the site, but that will be completed once the dealership is up and running.
He said that despite some of the foundation of the existing factory, the entire structure would be completely new.
