Dealertrack completes system integrations with General Motors

Dealertrack Canada says all General Motors of Canada dealers using Dealertrack’s DMS can now seamlessly and electronically transfer data directly with GM of Canada’s corporate systems, including the transmission of parts, warranty, financial and inventory information.
According to Dealertrack’s Michael Collins, the company remains committed to helping dealers streamline the workflow between dealerships and OEMs.
“Our work with GM Canada demonstrates how Dealertrack can partner with OEMs to transform and optimize processes and workflows to drive cost-saving efficiencies throughout dealerships in Canada,” he said.
The system is a component of the company’s Dealflow Advantage for Canadian retailers. The company said Dealflow Advantage is designed to create greater efficiencies in “managing, financing and selling vehicles for dealers.”
“The Dealertrack Dealflow Advantage underscores Dealertrack’s commitment to improve workflows to help drive profits and value through every step of a customer interaction and transaction for dealerships,” DealerTrack said in a release.
In addition to the DMS system, dealers can benefit from the Dealflow Advantage through a number of sales and F&I tools and solutions, including credit application processing and F&I product aftermarket selling to create an efficient customer experience and workflow.
Dealertrack Mobile also enables dealers and lenders to securely manage and monitor finance and consumer credit application activities in real-time from their mobile device.
Since its introduction last year, more than 23,000 users at more than 13,000 dealers and lenders in North America have used the Dealertrack Mobile application.
