Xtime has been one busy customer relationship management company.
Over the last 12 months, the group has signed contracts with four manufacturers – Toyota Canada, Lexus, Infiniti and Hyundai – to be the sole provide of web scheduling and CRM solutions at Canadian dealerships.
Xtime has also been designated by Volkswagen and Audi as a “preferred provider” of CRM services.
“In 2009, we experienced a groundswell of demand from dealerships to major auto manufacturers for or ServiceCRM solution,” explains Xtime CEO Neal East, adding that they have essentially doubled their business.
The ServiceCRM automates and integrates electronic service menus, online scheduling, dealership and call centre scheduling, email/text-based service marketing along with a number of additional functions.
With more than 2,500 dealerships generation over $100 million in additional service revenue in 2009, Xtime says it is delivering the required elements to succeed in today’s competitive market.
