Xtime signs agreements with Audi, Mercedes-Benz

Xtime has announced exclusive agreements with Audi Canada and Mercedes-Benz Canada corporate retail group to provide a host of service CRM solutions to each company’s respective dealer body.

Xtime ServiceCRM offers, as part of its complete service experience, online, smartphone, tablets, BDC and dealership service scheduling, so that customers can make appointments whenever and from wherever they are,” said Xtime CEO Neal East.

Xtime noted it would deploy its full fixed operations product suite, which, includes online service scheduling, electronic service menus, smartphone and mobile scheduling, comprehensive shop control, dealership scheduling, electronic inspections, online bill pay, service marketing, greeter and marketing boards and vehicle status updates.

Xtime said its ServiceCRM solution automates and integrates many facets of the service experience, resulting in improved customer satisfaction and more efficient service operations for dealerships.
