Canadian Black Book adds to sales and data team

Canadian Black Book, the Canadian auto industry’s most trusted source for vehicle valuations, data, and insights has made a new addition to their head office team. Dwain Samuels has been hired as the new director of sales and data licensing.
Samuels has a 22-year background in auto finance and SaaS and brings a wealth of experience building and forging relationships with OEMs and dealer groups nationwide. In his previous roles, Samuels has been integral in the creation of end-of-lease remarketing and prime/near prime programs within the Canadian auto market.
“I’ve been growing my personal automotive portfolio for two decades and am excited to add value to the CBB team,” said Samuels. “Over the past number of years, I’ve been paying a lot of attention to the activity and overall industry dialog that Canadian Black Book has been generating, which is hard to miss. Bottom line is that CBB is a high-profile industry player in Canada, and I’m proud that they selected me to join the team.”
“Dwain brings a great mix of experience, reputation and knowledge to his new role with Canadian Black Book,” said Yolanda Biswah, VP sales and data licensing. “As a result of the growth in our business, our team is expanding, and we are excited to continue to serve the needs of the Canadian automotive industry.”
