Ford’s New F-150 will Offer Over-The-Air Updates and ‘Sleeper Seat’

Reuters is reporting that Ford Motor Co’s unveiling of its next-generation F-150 will offer a ‘sleeper seat’ feature and over-the-air software updates.
While Ford is not expected to radically change the exterior look of its popular truck, changes are coming to its interior. The biggest change owners of the new F-150 will find is a lay-flat passenger seat the automaker says is similar to what passengers see in first-class cabins with some airlines. Other highlights will include a larger display screen and an optional 12-inch display screen.
Ford will also offer over-the-air updates for key vehicle control modules that should reduce the number of trips to the dealership for an owner.
