Nissan Studio Marks Six Month Anniversary with New Features to Enhance Customer Experience

Nissan Studio – an interactive experience that allows Canadians to explore Nissan Canada’s latest models – is has announced several new features to its virtual and in-person platforms.

“The concept of the Nissan Studio emerged out of a growing desire to provide consumers with an easy, safe way to explore the latest Nissan vehicles from the comfort of their own homes,” said Ken Hearn, director of marketing, Nissan Canada Inc. “Since the launch, we have experienced incredible success with the Nissan Studio, giving Canadians the opportunity to explore our models’ newest features and design updates from anywhere, at any time. Nissan Studio marks an exciting evolution to Nissan’s customer experience offering, and we’re excited to see what the next six months bring.”

Nissan Studio’s interactive website allows visitors to speak with experts in real-time and participate in one-on-one sessions or live group tours. Nissan Studio also announced in-person traffic at its on-site retail location at Yorkdale Mall in Toronto.

To further enhance the customer experience, Nissan Studio has been updated to include a Dealers Handoff functionality, which enables the consumer to be connected directly with their local dealership. In addition, dealerships can now embed the Nissan Studio link within their website, allowing visitors to automatically schedule a presentation or demo without being redirected. These features are available to dealerships across Canada.
