Quorum said the product manager will be responsible for managing the introduction of new features and functions within XSELLERATOR, as well as any future Quorum products.
Martin, who has been with Quorum since 2003, will be responsible for Quorum’s business analyst team and oversee all software version from conception and analysis, through testing and general release.
“Formation of this new function is key to Quorum’s strategic plans for XSELLERATOR to remain a leader in DMS technology and was driven largely by the demand to integrate with additional automotive manufacturers,” the company said in a release.
Hynes moves from call centre supervisor, to support manager, Martin’s former post.
He joined Quorum in 2006, working first on the support team, later being promoted to team lead, then his most recent role as supervisor. He will now oversee all Quorum customer support operations.
Quorum made the announcement July 15.
