The automaker said its November sales of 10,876 units by the Honda and Acura divisions were a 22 per cent increase over last year's sales.
The Honda division reported November sales of 9,427 units, up 19 per cent from last year.
Odyssey sales rose 57 per cent over last year.
Acura reported November sales of 1,449 units, a 54% increase over last year, led by a 93% increase in sales of both Acura TSX and the Canadian-built MDX.
No individual sales numbers were released.
“We are encouraged by steadily increasing vehicle sales in the Canadian market, which shows that market conditions are experiencing gradual but continuing signs of recovery,” said Jerry Chenkin, executive vice-president of Honda Canada Inc.
“With our year-to-date sales now ahead of last year, we believe we have turned the corner toward sustained growth.”
