Kia makes it 31

Kia Canada just keeps on rolling as it reports its best July on record with 6,383 units sold, achieving 31 months of continued sales growth.
The 12.9 per cent increase versus July 2010 was helped by best sales months ever for the SUV options Sorento and Sportage.

July’s total marks a 22.8-per cent jump in year-to-date sales, with 39,478 units sold.

All four Kia regions continue to experience strong success. These sales results have also contributed to an industry-leading sales streak of 31 consecutive months of growth.
The Georgia-built 2011 Kia Sorento broke an all-time record with 1,476 vehicles reported, netting a 48.5-per cent increase compared to July 2010. Additionally, the Sportage also recorded its best month in history with 902 units sold, representing a 253.3 per cent growth from the previous year.

The Kia Forte family line-up including the sedan, 5-Door and Koup was the volume leader once again with 1,573 vehicles reported in July, effectively yielding a 28.8 per cent increase versus last year. The Kia Sedona minivan also had a strong month with 200 units sold, a 20.5 per cent increase.
“These results indicate that Canadians continue to embrace our products in growing numbers as we offer consumers quality products, which are engineered to the highest levels of safety, style and technology,” said Robert Staffieri, director of marketing at Kia Canada Inc.
August incentives at Kia Canada continue to be attractive starting with the introduction of 0 per cent financing on all 2012 models, in addition to all 2011 models.

Moreover, there is a continuation of the “Record Breaking Clearout” event and “Don’t Pay For 90 Days” payment deferral program on select 2011 models.

Additionally, current Kia owners and select competitive minivan owners are able to receive a loyalty or conquest bonus of up to $1000 available on Sedona and Rondo.
