Porsche Cars Canada reported September sales of 167 units, up from September 2010’s record total of 166 and the seventh record month in 2011.
Cayenne deliveries continue to be constrained by supply with 93 units moved compared to 112 in the same month a year prior. Year-to-date sales for the SUV have been impressive with 975 new Cayennes sold this far in 2011. That tally beats year-to-date sums from 2010 by more than 420 units.
Boxster, Cayman and 911 sports cars were up a 73 per cent. The automaker also set a new certified pre-owned record with 59 vehicles sold last month.
Panamera sales are down slightly both on the month and the year with 289 sold far compared to 295.
To date, Porsche has sold 1,938 vehicles in 2011, up 28 per cent over the same period in 2010.
