Auto Remarketing set to host Toronto show next year

Auto Remarketing Magazine has announced it will again host a remarketing conference in Canada in 2011 after a year’s hiatus from the Canadian scene.

Scheduled for Toronto in the spring of 2011, Auto Remarketing Canada 2011 will be held at the Hyatt Regency Toronto. This marks the conference’s return to Toronto after calling Montreal home for the last two events.

“We’re thrilled to be back in Toronto for Auto Remarketing Canada 2011, and this year's lineup is sure to feature industry leaders in Canada who can offer invaluable insight to attendees,” said Bill Zadeits, conference co-chair in a release on published online.

“Over the last decade, the Auto Remarketing Canada conference has proven to be a strong resource for auto industry professionals in Canada to learn best practices, hone their skills and discover how to succeed in this ever-changing marketplace.”

A 2011 show will be the fifth hosted by the U.S.-based publication and its official return to Canadian event hosting since May 2009.

“CarProof is once again the lead sponsor the event,” the company said, adding that organizers expect increased attendance this year and are excited about what the event has in store.

A 2010 show called Remarketing Forum and Expo was held in Niagara-On-The-Lake in May and hosted by Rousseau Automotive Communication. It was billed as the first Canadian remarketing forum hosted by Canadians.

More information is said to be forthcoming.
