Honda Financial Services (HFS) doesn’t claim to have perfected the art of remarketing their vehicles upstream; but they are clearly ahead of the pack in Canada.
According to ADESA auctions, HFS celebrated the sale of over 200,000 vehicles using their upstream sales platform provided by OPENLANE this past June.
“We are very excited to have sold our 200,000th vehicle since launching our upstream program with OPENLANE in Canada in June of 2007,” said Jean-Marc Leclerc of HFS.
Leclerc attributed reaching this milestone to HFS’ commitment to advancing technologies and their integration with day-to-day business.
Through the partnership with OPENLANE, the company said, HFS has “enjoyed a very significant online conversion rate” driven by leading edge upstream channel management strategies.
Lisa Scott of ADESA Canada said that through the period of integration between ADESA and OPENLANE, the technology and program teams have not skipped a beat when it comes to servicing our customers.
Honda Financial Services provides its dealer network a full-scale grounding and post-lease purchasing solution provided by OPENLANE technology. Through its management strategies, HFS also makes their vehicles available on next.ADESA.ca, enabling them to tap into the wholesale automotive auction network.
